Diane Negvesky received her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher certificate from the very popular Yoga Haven in Tuckahoe, New York in 2009. She has practiced yoga with various teachers and alone since 1969. A Fitness Instructor for the Rye YMCA, her fitness career followed roles as HR Assistant VP for a global derivatives firm in Rockefeller Center, and years of career consulting and training for outplaced adults. Diane holds an M.S. in Career Development, writes for middle grade readers, loves movement, meditation, nature and Buddhism.
