Personal Property

n. anything you own for your personal use

ex. your phone, your house and car, your own land, anything you don't own to profit off just by owning it, like apartment complexes or land for rent, or factories and mines.

About

Property that an individual or family — as opposed to a business or organization — owns. This is an important distinction from private property. For example: your phone and your car are personal property (owned by a person), while the grocery store and its parking lot are private property (owned by a private, for-profit institution). Leftists often talk about abolishing private property, but NOT personal property.
