September's focus was ALLLL about Popcorn! Our scouts crushed our original $35,000 goal in 3 weekends and surpassed $50,000 in popcorn sales, earning almost 30 scouts a coveted ticket to Emerald Bay Spring Family Cub Camping and other scout incentives, including $2000 in gift cards, $35 scout vouchers and Popcorn Bingo Treasures! Great effort, Pack 911! There isn't ANYTHING we can't do if we put our minds together and work as a team! We have officially funded our program and promise that ALL scouts will have a great experience this year. We are limiting storefront opportunities on Trailsend now. Make sure you return all unsold popcorn to our Kernel Heidi so we are not liable for paying out from our profits earned!

Oct 1 - 6pm Monthly Committee Meeting - ZOOM LINK - (all parents are welcome to join to learn about volunteer opportunities, discuss future plans for the scouting program and to voice their ideas or concerns.
Oct 2 - Deadline to turn in your wagon inventory! Families will be responsible for all cost of popcorn inventory that they do not sell by this day. Contact Popcorn Kernel Heidi to coordinate a time and place to meet.
Oct 3 - Last day to order Class B Tshirts and Hoodies (fill out the 2nd page on the camping order form by this date)
Oct 3, 4, 5 - last official weekend of popcorn storefront sales (Porter Ranch Ralph's and Granada Hills VONS)
Oct 5 - Chatsworth Pioneer Day (Optional event)
Oct 7 - Den Meetings (All except Webelos)
Oct 14 - Den Meetings(ALL) & Summer/September Advancement hand outs!

Cancellation Policy
You are guaranteed spaces for the number of Scouts and adults listed on your online reservation form. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT except in case of a medical emergency or a cancellation due to weather.
A Cub Scout can join midstream during the Cub Scout program, and they will not need to accomplish any of the requirements for the earlier ranks. The scout will just begin at the appropriate level according to their age.
However EVERY new scout must complete the Bobcat Rank requirements (the 1st adventure)
