Founded on September 11, 1994, Pack 911 has a diverse pack with families from different backgrounds and cultures, and includes boys and girls from Kindergarten through 5th grade. We meet at Northridge United Methodist Church at 9650 Reseda Blvd. Superior, Northridge, CA, our Chartering Organization.
The grade specific Dens meet approximately twice a month, usually on Tuesdays (for about an hour) in the “Pineroom” to work on their adventures and complete the requirements of their rank. In the Den, Cub Scouts develop new skills and interests, practice sportsmanship and good citizenship, and learn to do their best, not just for themselves but for the Den and Pack as well.
One evening a month (usually the 4th Friday or Saturday), all Dens join the entire Pack to gather for a Pack Meeting at the Fellowship Hall. We meet for approximately 2 hours to celebrate achievements, and to spend a fun evening bonding as a pack.
