Our June 7th Bridging Ceremony & AOL Crossover was the culminating event of the scouting year, with over 200 scouts and guests in attendance. Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped organize a fun and celebratory morning. I hope your scouts are staying busy and active during their summer break. During the last week of June, 20 of our Pack 911 Scouts attended the Cub Scout Day Camp organized by our Reyes Adobe District at Woodley Park. The weather was perfect for outdoor activities, including archery, woodworking, and many fun games.
Our leaders are on a much-deserved hiatus at the moment, but we are still busy finalizing our 2025-2026 Scouting Year. We'd like to share a draft of our calendar with you so you can start saving important dates in your calendar, including our August 22nd Official Scouting Program Kickoff Party (and Rocket Launch!), our Fall Camping trip to Cabrillo Beach on Oct 24-26, and of course our popular January 31st Pinewood Derby.
In the meantime, reach out to us in our Whatsapp group and feel free to coordinate get togethers, hikes, movie nights and any other fun outings that our scouts can join in over the next 6 weeks.
Yours in Scouting,
Pack 911 Leadership
