If you have a question about a Managed Team Order:
You'll need to reach out to the project manager of your team if you have questions about these things:
Revisions
Incorrect/unclear instructions
Order acceptance times
You can find the PM's email by scrolling to the bottom of the instruction page for the order. Otherwise, you can also reach out to managedclients@textbroker.com.
If you have a question on a Self Service Order:
Self-service projects are run by the clients themselves, so we have little involvement. For the fastest response to your questions, you should reach out to the client directly. You can message the client by clicking on their orange ID number in the order.
If you have any questions about your Payoneer account, we might not be able to help. For most questions, it might be best to reach out to Payoneer directly.
