Using Transparent.ai in Open Orders
As a new author on Textbroker, you might wonder what Transparent.ai is and why we require our new authors to use it. You can view our other blog here for a general overview of Transparent.ai’s website and its features. This blog will highlight how to use Transparent.ai in your orders, so it is essential to understand how the site works before trying to understand how you’ll use it in orders.
Why?
Textbroker has decided to use Transparent.ai for two main reasons. The first reason is you, the author. While the growth of AI means more bad actors for businesses, it also means a higher level of scrutiny for authors to prove they are real, especially if they are new. For this reason, we decided to implement a uniform system that can allow new authors to prove they are confirmed in a way that is easy and quick. In doing this, authors will also have any proof needed in the case of an AI accusation.
The second reason is the clients, like authors, who too are worried about AI taking over and want to ensure their content is the real deal. In the same vein as supporting authors, Transparent.ai will also help clients who feel they are being given AI content in the place of human-generated work. Using the same uniform and easy process, clients can ask to see an author’s Transparent.ai certificate to verify their work. In the end, both authors and clients are given a new tool that both parties have access to that eliminates the issue of multiple AI checkers and multiple ways of submitting an article clashing when faced with AI accusations.
How Will I Use It?
As a new author, Transparent.ai will be the word-processing program you use to create, edit, and submit your open orders for clients; however, if you find yourself on a team or receiving a direct order, you will not be required to use Transparent.ai like with open orders. To use Transparent.ai on your open orders, the first step will be accepting the order where you will be given a prompt to write your order in Transparent.ai. Unlike before, there will not be an option to write and edit your order directly on the Textbroker website. As part of this change, all open orders from new authors will have to be fully written in Transparent.ai and copied over as outlined to properly submit.
After writing your article in Transparent.ai, revising, and polishing, you will copy and paste the order title and certificate ID in the text boxes provided. From there, the actual content will automatically copy into the textbox for you to have a final review over. After looking over what was copied, you will have the option to submit, revise, or cancel the process altogether. If all looks good, you can submit your order using the "Submit text" option and move on to your next order! If you find an issue after the text is copied from Transparent.ai, you can click on "Revise text," allowing you to edit the text in Textbroker's word editor before submitting.
Final Thoughts
The future of Textbroker and AI is still changing, and the content of this blog will change as our policies, tools, and practices do. If you ever have any questions, please feel free to contact us at authors@textbroker.com. Happy writing!
