With depletion of the ozone layer due to increased carbon dioxide emission as the major topic the delegate of Germany gave their GSL at the committee's premises.
The Delegate of Afghanistan was second to speak up. “Has Afghanistan implemented any measures to promote sustainable farming to reduce carbon emissions?”, the delegate of Pakistan asked the delegate of Afghanistan.
The delegate of Afghanistan replied to Pakistan that corporations had regularly been working to provide sustainable water resources for agricultural purposes. Delegates from Brazil, South Africa, Germany, and Iran also expressed their dissatisfaction.

Ukraine does not enter the top 20 countries releasing carbon dioxide. The Delegate of India and South Africa also teamed up to ask the delegate of Ukraine about the production of carbon dioxide due to non-renewable sources like coal.
