We frequently encounter severe problems in the complicated web of life, and such difficulties are often accompanied by opportunities. Yes, those opportunities helped me shape into the person I am today and make me proud of who I am. MUN is one of those opportunities. I firmly believe that Mun will be a fantastic chance for all of you, not just for myself. I am extremely motivated to interact with all of my delegates and make TESMUN 2023 a success as the chair of UNEP.
MUN was my biggest building block to be a chair. I have been to RBS MUN too, and there I got nervous and messed up. I learned that confidence is the key to success, and MUN research is the key to confidence. So, delegates, please research authentic sites. I encountered a lot of problems during the MUN session, but the dais panel was always to my rescue. Similarly, this year I am part of the Dais, so please don't hesitate to ask your questions. Greetings Delegates. It’s your Vice chair for UNEP, Palisha Tuladhar. Welcome to the committee! To start off, all of you delegates deserve a huge round of applause for actually participating in MUN and stepping outside of your comfort zones. I am sure only a few of you here are actually looking forward to MUN, and most of you are counting it as a burden or a way to get marks. It happens to all of us. But I promise you that this feeling will disappear as you immerse yourself in the MUN sessions. There is no reason for you to fret. This committee is a safe space for all of you to explore your thoughts and opinions. There's no limit to what you can do here. You can ask questions, you can answer other questions, and you can discuss and debate topics for as long as the time allows you to.
We, as a committee, encourage you to push yourselves and strive for your highest potential. I hope all of you delegates give your best out there. I hope that you can find endless opportunities within a few days here.

In my opinion, MUN is a platform on which your confidence is defined by how and what you say. The MUN program is a genuinely exceptional experience for all. I am delighted to be able to offer my ideas as the Moderator of the UNEP Committee. Delegation and participation are essential for staying up-to-date on global conflicts. Dear delegates, I, Dikshya Rimal, warmly greet you. I expect each and every one of you to state your dynamic arguments and present realistic facts while maintaining an active spirit. I am honored to keep track of your progress and encourage you. In an argument, research should be considered a specialization, and I believe all my delegates are capable of it. I expect my delegates to back away from any uncertainty or difficulties and overpower any sort of discomfort. Let your performance be fruitful, and let your words touch achievement.
