My goal is to become a Dean of a Library, creating an environment that fosters creativity, growth, and innovation. To achieve this, I'll pursue leadership roles within the library and professional organizations, engage in continuous professional development, and build networks. I'm committed to innovation, adapting to trends, and regularly reflecting on and aligning my leadership practices with the evolving needs of the academic community. Over the next 5-10 years, I'll focus on assessing needs, promoting diversity, supporting staff growth, strategic planning, and improving library services. I aim to ensure our library remains dynamic and vital, supporting educational excellence.
