Analysis
The strategic plan I developed outlines a modernization strategy for the University of Arkansas Libraries Multimedia Department from 2023 to 2027. It focuses on adding podcasting spaces, recording studios, a maker space, an augmented and virtual reality suite, and a data visualization lab. The plan includes what hardware and software we need, staff training, and how we will evaluate the project's success. 

Reflection
I chose this artifact because it relates to several learning outcomes and shows the skills and knowledge I gained while creating this document. I learned how important it is to write detailed plans and include things like a mission and vision statement, involve stakeholders, and create flexible spaces. However, I faced challenges with budget limits and delays in implementing the plan.
