20-For-1 Scholarships

20-For-1: Complete one application and be considered for 20+ local Johnston County scholarships. These scholarships range from $500 to $5,000. There are no minimum requirements to be considered and interviews will not be a part of this process. A selection committee will meet to review applications and choose recipients and a select number of alternates. 

This application is longer than some of the others. The information you will need to complete the application is listed below:

-Biographical information (Name, address, email, phone, etc.)

-Parent name and occupation/employer

-Parent veteran status

-The college you plan to attend

-A copy of your ACT and/or SAT report(optional) 

-FAFSA information

-All scholarships you have received

-A list of all school, community, volunteer, and work experiences and awards

-Your employment history

-An essay of no more than one page describing your postsecondary plans and how a scholarship will help you reach your goals.
