Basic eligibility:
○ Students in the top 5-10% of their class rank
○ ACT scores of 27 or higher, SAT scores of 1280 or higher
○ Finalists typically come from homes where the family income is $65,000 or less
Application process:
○ Students apply to the National College Match, then rank QuestBridge colleges to apply to
○ Awarded students receive early admissions and full scholarships
○ This is BINDING: Students that match with a partnered school are expected to enroll at that school.
Due Date: September of each year
Basic eligibility:
○ Ethnic/racial minority students
○ Pell-eligible
○ U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
○ Minimum weighted 3.3 GPA on a 4.0 scale
● Can be used at any accredited 4-year U.S. institution to cover the full cost of attendance
● Scholars may request graduate funding in any one of the following disciplines: computer science, education, engineering, library science, mathematics, public health, or science
Due Date: September of each year
2 parts: 1. Short Questionnaire, 2. Essays and Letters of Recommendation
Basic eligibility:
○ Have DACA, TPS or be undocumented, meaning currently do not have lawful status in the US.
○ Currently in high school OR obtaining a GED certificate from a US program OR graduated high school
○ Strong academic record
Application process:
○ Willing to apply to or attend one of the Golden Door Scholars Partner School
Due Date: October 23, 2022
Basic eligibility:
○ Current high school senior attending a school in the US
○ Minimum B/3.0 in high school coursework
○ U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident
Due Date: October 31st, 2022
