Name Correction

Student Name Correction Application (As per GTU norms) 

For Newly Admitted Students (at the time of Enrollment process – First Year / C to D students)

• Download the application form: Name correction form for first year

• Take a printout of the form and fill in the required details.

• Attach a self-attested photocopy of student’s HSC/SSC mark sheet, School Leaving Certificate, or Gujarat Government Gazette copy.

• Attach a handwritten application for name correction (addressed to Principal GP Valsad), countersigned by the Department Head.

• Submit the form with proofs to the Departmental Coordinator of the Enrollment process, Student Section.

Note: The above process for name correction will be carried out only at the time of Enrollment.
