Student Name Correction Application (As per GTU norms)
For Newly Admitted Students (at the time of Enrollment process – First Year / C to D students)
Download the application form: Name correction form for first year
Take a printout of the form and fill in the required details.
Attach a self-attested photocopy of student’s HSC/SSC mark sheet, School Leaving Certificate, or Gujarat Government Gazette copy.
Attach a handwritten application for name correction (addressed to Principal GP Valsad), countersigned by the Department Head.
Submit the form with proofs to the Departmental Coordinator of the Enrollment process, Student Section.
Note: The above process for name correction will be carried out only at the time of Enrollment.
