This Privacy Policy explains how Oldies Music Radios ("we," "our," or "the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. Our application is designed to provide you with free access to 49 curated online radio stations featuring music spanning from the 1950s through the 2010s.

1. Information Collection and Use We built Oldies Music Radio to be simple and privacy-focused. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.
Audio Streaming (Third-Party Servers): To deliver music, the App connects directly to the audio streams of the 49 included radio stations over the internet. Please note that these third-party radio servers may automatically record your IP address when you tune in, which is a standard technical requirement for internet broadcasting. We do not control, store, or have access to these server logs.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob & Interstitial Ads) The App is provided for free. To support the costs of development and maintenance, we use third-party advertising services, specifically Google AdMob. The App displays interstitial advertisements (full-screen ads that appear at natural transition points) and banner ads.
To serve relevant advertisements and measure their performance, our advertising partners may collect and use certain technical information from your device:
Advertising Identifiers: Your device's mobile advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID or Google Advertising ID).
Technical Data: Your IP address, device model, operating system version, and ad interaction metrics.

Wake Lock (Prevent device from sleeping): Required to ensure the music continues playing smoothly in the background, even when your device's screen is turned off.
4. Data Security Because our App does not collect or store your personal information on our servers, the risk of your personal data being exposed by us is essentially non-existent. Technical data collected by third-party advertising networks (like Google) is protected under their respective, strict privacy and security policies.
5. Children's Privacy Oldies Music Radio is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it immediately.
