House, Trance & Techno Radio
House & Electro
House, Trance & Techno Radio, also displayed in the app as House & Electro, is provided by OuiApps. For privacy questions or requests, contact srnsuperapps@gmail.com.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app to listen to radio stations, music recordings and long mixes, save a listening library, or view advertising.
Audio is streamed over the internet from independent radio broadcasters, their streaming hosts and Internet Archive. When you select or play audio, the receiving provider obtains your IP address and technical connection information, such as the requested stream or recording, request time and client information sent with the request. Redirects may connect you to another delivery server. These providers may keep connection logs under their own policies for delivery, reliability and security.
Internet Archive hosts the music recordings and mixes in the app's catalog. Radio stations and their hosting services operate independently of OuiApps. Their data handling is governed by their own policies. A station's broadcast may also contain advertising supplied by that station.
The catalog is bundled with the player. Searching it and filtering by genre or country are performed on your device; choosing a country does not use your GPS location. The player does not send your search text or saved listening library to a OuiApps server.
Favorites, recent listening, playlists and their names, playback positions, the selected item, playback queue, language, volume, sleep timer, shuffle, repeat and animation preferences are saved in local app storage. These records let the app remember your choices and resume a recording. Listening does not require an account, and the player does not provide cloud library synchronization.
If you use Export library, the app creates a JSON file containing favorites, recent items, playlists, playback positions and the saved current item. Import library reads the file you select locally. The player does not upload these backup files to OuiApps. If you share a file or save it to a cloud-storage service, that destination handles it under its own terms. A backup can reveal your listening choices, so choose where to keep it carefully.
The audio player does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location. Internet access is needed for streaming. Choosing No restrictions in Android battery settings changes how Android manages the app; it does not send your listening library to us.
The Android app displays advertisements through Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, information about app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google may use an IP address to estimate approximate location.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your choices, the ad configuration and applicable requirements. Non-personalized ads can still involve technical data used for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Processing that requires consent is based on your consent, rather than simply opening or using the app. Where presented, use the advertising privacy options to review or change your choices. You can also manage your advertising identifier and available ad settings in Android settings. Contact us if you need help withdrawing consent or finding the relevant controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Google explains its practices and advertising controls here:

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to answer your request, investigate a reported issue or handle a privacy request. Our email service also processes the correspondence. Please do not send passwords or information unrelated to your request.
Information is handled to provide requested playback and library functions, deliver and measure advertisements, keep services reliable, prevent fraud and answer support requests. Recipients include the audio providers you connect to, Google for advertising and our email service for correspondence. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not sell your local listening library.
Where the GDPR applies, the relevant grounds include providing a requested service, legitimate interests in support and security, legal obligations and consent for processing that requires it. Other providers explain their own grounds in their policies. Access to or storage of information on a device is subject to applicable consent rules and exemptions for necessary functions.
Some providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Transfers subject to the GDPR require a lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Google's privacy policy explains its international data-transfer safeguards.
Local library and preference data remain on your device until you change, replace or delete them. You can remove individual favorites and edit playlists in the app. To remove local app data, open Android Settings → Apps → House, Trance & Techno Radio / House & Electro → Storage → Clear data or Clear storage. Names vary by phone. This resets your saved library and preferences.
Clearing app storage does not remove exported JSON files, copies you shared or backups managed by Android or a cloud-storage provider. Delete those copies separately or use the relevant backup settings.
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request, meet applicable obligations or address related claims. Audio providers and Google retain data according to their own purposes and policies. Clearing local app data does not erase information already held by those providers; contact the relevant provider or email us for guidance.
Local storage relies on the protections of your device and Android app environment. HTTPS protects connections where supported by the audio provider; the app does not control independent streaming servers. Google Mobile Ads encrypts its data in transit. No storage or transmission method provides absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing and withdraw consent. Email srnsuperapps@gmail.com. We may request information necessary to verify a request. For GDPR requests, we normally respond within one month and explain any permitted extension.
We cannot remotely access or delete a library stored only on your device; use the deletion steps above. For data controlled by external providers, their privacy-request procedures may apply.
You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP): https://www.dataprotection.ro/.
The player does not ask children to submit personal information through accounts or registration forms. If you believe a child has sent us personal information inappropriately, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action. Advertising and online audio may still involve the technical data described above.
Opening an external website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. This policy may change when app features, service providers or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for a change.
