Privacy Policy for Breath Suite
1. Introduction This Privacy Policy applies to the "Breath Suite" mobile application. We designed this app to provide guided breathing exercises, operating primarily offline with no user accounts, no cloud synchronization, and no mandatory internet connection for the core features.
2. Health and Personal Data Storage Breath Suite does not collect, transmit, or store any personal wellness data on external servers. All your interactions—including your selected states in the Smart Check-in, custom breathing rhythms, and your local progress (such as total sessions, practice calendar, day streaks, and the Breath Constellation map)—are stored strictly locally on your device. We have zero access to your practice history or personal routines.
3. Third-Party Advertisements (Google AdMob)
To support the ongoing development of the app, Breath Suite uses Google AdMob to display interstitial advertisements.
AdMob Data Collection: While the breathing exercises and audio cues are bundled offline, the app requests an internet connection specifically to load ads. Google AdMob may automatically collect technical information, such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device model, and usage metrics related to ad interactions.
Strict Isolation: Your locally stored breathing progress, preferred exercises, and emotional states are never shared with Google AdMob or used for ad targeting.
4. General Wellness Disclaimer Breath Suite is strictly a general wellness and breathwork tool. It does not measure heart rate variability, diagnose conditions, or provide clinical respiratory therapy. It is not a substitute for professional medical care, and users with cardiovascular or respiratory conditions should consult a healthcare professional before starting breath-hold practices.
5. Opting Out of Personalized Ads
You have full control over the technical ad data shared from your device. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your system settings:
Android: Navigate to Settings > Google > Ads.
iOS: Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect updates in app functionality or regulatory changes.
