OuiApps provides Christmas Atelier. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, including its games, local progress, online radio, advertising and export features.
Christmas Atelier stores game progress, unfinished pictures, favorites, earned ornaments, tree arrangements, daily activity and preferences locally on your device. Radio preferences may include your selected station, volume, favorites, sleep timer and recent listening intent.
No account is required. The game does not require you to provide your name, email address or other contact information to play.
Your locally stored game progress is not automatically uploaded to a developer-operated account or cloud-sync service. Online features and advertising involve the third-party processing described below.
The Android app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google’s advertising services may collect and share information such as:
IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location;
advertising and other device identifiers;
app interactions and advertising interactions;
diagnostic and performance information.
This information is used for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics associated with advertising, security and fraud prevention. The information processed depends on the advertising configuration, your device settings and applicable consent choices.
Where required by applicable law, consent is requested before the relevant advertising processing. Advertising may be personalized or non-personalized, depending on your choices and the applicable configuration. Non-personalized advertising can still involve data processing.

Radio is optional and requires an internet connection.
When you play a station, your device connects to the independent broadcaster or its streaming provider. These providers receive information necessary to deliver the stream, including your IP address and technical connection details.
Stations available in the app include Christmas FM and stations operated by 181.fm. The station you select is identified in the player.
Broadcasters and streaming providers operate their services under their own privacy practices and retention policies. They control their programming and may include advertisements in their broadcasts.
Stopping radio ends playback but does not delete connection information already received by a provider. Radio may use mobile data.
You can export a progress backup, a picture or a Christmas tree postcard and choose where to save or share it.
The app does not automatically send these files to OuiApps. If you share a file through another app or service, that recipient handles it according to its own practices.
Backup files may contain your saved game progress and preferences. Keep them in a location you trust and share them only when you intend to disclose their contents.
Exported files remain in the location you choose until you or the relevant storage service remove them.
If you contact OuiApps by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include, such as your message, screenshots or troubleshooting details.
We use this information to respond to your request, provide support and investigate reported problems.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
You can manage information and features in the following ways:
Use the app’s progress-reset controls to remove the game information covered by those controls.
Reset preferences using the available settings controls.
Clear the app’s storage through Android settings to remove locally stored app data.
Stop radio when you no longer want to stream.
Delete exported pictures and backup files from their saved locations.
Review advertising privacy choices in the app where available.
Manage your advertising identifier and advertising preferences through your device and Google settings.
Uninstalling normally removes the app’s local data from the device. Files saved elsewhere and data retained in operating-system backups may remain. Depending on your Android backup settings, some app data may be restored when reinstalling.
Resetting or uninstalling the app does not delete information already held by Google, radio providers, recipients of shared files or other independent services.
Back up your progress before clearing storage, uninstalling or moving to another device.
Local game information is retained on your device until it is reset, cleared or otherwise removed.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations.
Google, broadcasters, streaming providers and services you choose for sharing or storage determine their own retention periods under their respective policies.
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the information and features involved. However, no method of storage or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy policies describe their processing practices and applicable safeguards.
You are responsible for protecting devices and locations where you keep exported backup files or pictures.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may have the right to withdraw it.

Because game progress is stored locally without a developer-operated account, we generally cannot retrieve or remotely delete that information from your device. You can use the local deletion controls described above.
Requests concerning information independently handled by Google or a radio provider may need to be directed to that provider. You may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
Christmas Atelier does not require an account or ask players to submit personal information to access its games.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to OuiApps, contact us at srnsuperapps@gmail.com so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features, providers or information-handling practices change.
The updated policy will be made available through the app’s privacy-policy link, with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
