Pocket Arcade is an offline game collection provided by OuiApps. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app, its advertising features and our support service.

You do not need to create a Pocket Arcade account to play. The games can be played without an internet connection. Advertising and links to external services may use an internet connection.
The app stores information on your device to remember favorites, recently played games, supported game saves, scores, completed challenges, sound preferences and other settings. Not every game saves a current round. The game collection does not upload these local gameplay records to a OuiApps account or operate a cloud leaderboard.
You can remove locally stored game information using the app storage controls in your Android settings. Clearing app storage may reset your progress, scores, favorites and preferences. OuiApps cannot remotely retrieve or delete game records that remain only on your device.
Pocket Arcade may display ads supplied through Google AdMob. Ad services can process information about your device and interactions to deliver ads, measure their performance, diagnose issues and prevent fraud. Personalized advertising depends on applicable law, privacy choices and the advertising configuration.
Google describes the Mobile Ads SDK as collecting an IP address, which can indicate approximate location; interactions such as app launches, taps and video views; diagnostics; and device or account-related identifiers, including advertising ID and app set ID where applicable. Identifier availability and collection depend on device controls and SDK settings. App set ID has restricted, non-advertising uses such as analytics and fraud prevention.
Advertising-related information is processed by Google and the advertising partners involved in ad delivery under their own privacy terms. Ad-related storage and identifiers can be used even when an ad is not personalized. Non-personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that no data is processed.
Where legally required, consent must be obtained before using advertising identifiers, device storage or personal information for the relevant advertising purposes. You may be presented with a privacy message and choices by the advertising system. Your choices affect which ads can be requested or shown.
You can use Android privacy and advertising controls to manage your advertising ID and use Google’s advertising controls to manage eligible Google ad personalization. The available options depend on your Android version, region and Google account settings. If you need help reviewing or withdrawing an advertising consent choice, contact srnsuperapps@gmail.com.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. This policy is an explanation of data practices, not a substitute for an advertising consent form.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request, investigate problems and handle privacy inquiries. Please do not include sensitive information unless it is necessary for your request.
We use local game information to provide gameplay and remember your choices. We use support correspondence to respond to you and maintain the app. Advertising providers use their data for the purposes explained above.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on providing the service you request where necessary, legitimate interests in answering support requests and maintaining a reliable service where appropriate, compliance with legal obligations, and consent for processing that requires it. Advertising consent requirements apply independently of any other legal basis.
We do not sell your locally saved gameplay records to advertisers. Support messages may be handled by the email service used to receive and answer them. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and prevent unlawful activity.
Google and its advertising partners may process advertising information in countries other than your own. Google explains its international-transfer safeguards and processing practices in its Privacy Policy. If you follow an ad or another external link, the destination’s privacy policy applies to its own services.
Local game records are kept on your device until removed or replaced by game actions or device storage controls. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the inquiry, follow up and meet applicable legal requirements; information no longer needed is deleted.
Advertising data retention is governed by Google and the relevant advertising providers. Contact us for requests about information OuiApps holds. For information processed independently by Google, use Google’s privacy controls or contact Google. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete information already processed by an advertising provider.
Local game information is stored within the app’s device storage. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling app and privacy matters. Google states that data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
The games do not require a player name, birth date or personal profile. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through game accounts or registration. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to OuiApps, please contact us so that we can review and address the request.
Advertising involving children or users below the applicable age of consent is subject to additional privacy and age-appropriate advertising requirements. Google’s advertising practices are also subject to its policies for these users.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to its processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Contact srnsuperapps@gmail.com to exercise rights relating to information OuiApps holds. We may request proportionate information to verify a request and respond within applicable legal time limits. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. We cannot identify a player or retrieve local-only game saves from an email address.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app, advertising services or legal requirements. The current policy will display its last-updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
