This policy explains how information is handled when you use Sleep Oasis, a music, meditation, sound-mixing and breathing app provided by OuiApps. No user account is required. The app displays only interstitial advertisements supplied through Google AdMob.
Sleep Oasis saves favorites, recent recordings, listening position, saved mixes, volume, timer and other listening preferences in local app storage so these features work and your choices are remembered. The listening interface does not upload this saved state to an OuiApps server. Device backups may retain app data according to your Android settings. The app does not ask you to submit health information or record your breathing, microphone audio, contacts or precise GPS location.
Streaming connects directly to audio hosting services, including Internet Archive. These services receive your IP address and technical request information, including the requested audio resource, to deliver the recording. Their own privacy policies apply to their processing. Opening a help link, an advertisement or Google Play also connects you to the relevant third-party service.

Google AdMob may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information. Google uses these for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention; an IP address may indicate approximate location. Processing depends on consent, device settings and SDK configuration. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing.

Where required, consent must be obtained before advertising processing that requires it. You can withdraw or change consent through the privacy choices offered in the app when applicable. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID using the controls available in Android settings. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already lawfully performed.
If you email OuiApps, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use it to answer your request, troubleshoot problems and handle privacy requests. Avoid including sensitive information unless necessary. Information is handled to provide requested app functions, deliver and measure ads, maintain service security, comply with obligations and respond to support.
Data needed for advertisements and streaming is transmitted to the respective providers; support email is handled by our email service provider. Providers may process information outside your country. Their published policies explain applicable transfer arrangements and safeguards. We do not sell your locally saved listening history or favorites, and we do not send them to AdMob through the listening interface.
Local listening data remains until removed or replaced, or until app storage is cleared. You can clear it in Android Settings → Apps → Sleep Oasis → Storage → Clear data; menu names vary. This also removes saved mixes and preferences. Device backups are managed separately in Android settings. Support correspondence is kept only as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Third-party retention is governed by their policies. OuiApps cannot directly erase provider-held data that it does not control; we can help direct your request.
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Under European law, processing relies on consent where required, providing requested services, legitimate interests such as security and support, or legal obligations, as applicable.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information handled, but no system is completely secure. Sleep Oasis is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to OuiApps, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
