Privacy Policy — Puzzle Flow
This policy explains how information is handled when you use Puzzle Flow, published by OuiApps. The game includes Google AdMob advertising. Puzzle play and the bundled picture library work offline; advertising and external links use an internet connection.
Puzzle Flow stores saved puzzle arrangements, connected groups, rotations, completion records, favorites, daily puzzle history, milestones, play statistics and preferences on your device. No Puzzle Flow account is required. The game has no cloud synchronization feature, and its puzzle engine does not send your saved collection to an OuiApps game server.
This information is used to resume puzzles, display your collection and keep your selected settings. Device or operating-system backups, if enabled, are controlled through your device and platform settings.
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK process technical information to deliver and measure ads, support analytics and prevent fraud. This can include an IP address, general location inferred from it, advertising and app-related identifiers, other device/account identifiers where applicable, app/ad interactions and diagnostic information. Collection and ad personalization depend on SDK configuration, your choices and applicable requirements. Non-personalized advertising can still involve processing technical information.
Google receives advertising-related information and may process it with the advertising technology partners involved in serving the ads. App set identifiers, where collected, are used for permitted non-advertising purposes such as analytics and fraud prevention, rather than ad personalization.

You can use the advertising and privacy controls available in Android settings to manage the advertising identifier and related preferences. Available controls differ by Android version. If an advertising consent or privacy-options form is presented in the app, use it to review or change your choices. Contact OuiApps if you need help with privacy options.
Where consent is required for advertising technologies, it must be obtained before those technologies are used. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing based on that consent. Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all technical data processing.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use these to answer your request, investigate the reported issue and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. We use email service providers to receive and respond to messages.
We use information to provide requested game features and support, maintain security, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, legal grounds include providing the service you request, legitimate interests in security and responding to support, legal obligations, and consent for advertising technologies that require it. Local game information remains on your device until you remove it. To delete it through the game, open Settings, choose Reset all progress and confirm. Reset Board only changes piece placement; it does not delete your collection or all personal settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling can also remove local data; platform backups may be retained or restored according to your device settings.
You can export a progress backup as a JSON file or copied text. You decide where to keep or share it. Copies outside the app must be deleted separately. OuiApps cannot remotely remove files or game saves stored only on your device.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address the request, maintain necessary support records or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion by email, subject to applicable retention obligations. Google and advertising partners apply their own retention rules and privacy controls to information they process; deleting local game progress does not automatically delete their advertising data.
Information is handled by Google for advertising, by email providers for support and by relevant recipients where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Providers may process information outside your country. Google's privacy information explains its international processing and safeguards; applicable data-transfer requirements must be respected.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved. Google documents encryption in transit for data collected by its Mobile Ads SDK. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep exported backups private; a progress export is a readable file rather than a password-protected vault.
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Contact srnsuperapps@gmail.com to make a request. We may ask for reasonable information to verify and locate the relevant data and respond within the period required by applicable law.
Local game saves can be exported or deleted directly on your device. For information controlled by Google, use Google's privacy tools or request channels as well.
Parents or guardians with questions about a child's information can contact us. If we learn that personal information has been collected contrary to applicable children's privacy requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it, including deletion where required.
Rate This App, artwork credits and advertising links can open third-party destinations. Their information handling is governed by their own policies. This policy may be updated when practices or requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision; material changes will be communicated where required.
