LifeCue ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is a personal organization and tracking application designed to help users manage important dates, expiration reminders, subscriptions, work schedules, estimated earnings, and personal progress.
We value your privacy and are committed to transparency about how information is stored, accessed, and processed.
LifeCue is designed with a local-first approach. Its core features work offline, without requiring account registration or cloud synchronization.
However, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, which may involve data collection by Google and its advertising partners.
This Privacy Policy explains our data practices.
Depending on the features you use, LifeCue may process the following information:

This information is entered voluntarily and is stored locally on your device.
LifeCue does not require you to create an account to access its core features.
LifeCue uses browser-based local storage technologies, including IndexedDB or localStorage where supported by the Android WebView environment.
Your personal records are stored on your device and are used to provide the App's features.
We do not operate a cloud database for synchronizing your personal records.
We do not automatically upload your personal documents, photographs, work schedules, habit-tracking records, or financial estimates to our servers.
Core tracking functionality can operate without an internet connection.
Some Android system functions, advertisements, and external services may require an internet connection.
LifeCue uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC.
The App displays interstitial advertisements, which are full-screen advertisements that may appear at appropriate points during application use.
We do not use banner advertisements or rewarded advertisements in the current advertising configuration.
Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process certain information, including:
IP address
Advertising identifiers, where available and permitted
Device information and operating system details
Advertising interactions
App interaction and diagnostic information
Information used to detect fraud and prevent abuse
Approximate location inferred from network information
This information may be used to provide, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.
The collection and processing of advertising-related information are governed by Google's policies and applicable privacy laws.

Where required by applicable law, LifeCue will request user consent for advertising-related data processing through an appropriate consent management mechanism.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland may be presented with consent options concerning personalized advertising and related data processing.
Users may be able to manage or withdraw their advertising consent through the consent interface made available within the App.
Advertising preferences may also be managed through applicable Google or Android privacy settings.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily mean that all advertisements will be removed. Non-personalized or other permitted advertisements may still appear, depending on the available consent and advertising configuration.
We do not sell personal records entered into LifeCue.
We do not intentionally share your locally stored documents, photographs, work schedules, personal progress records, or notes with advertisers.
Advertising-related device and usage data may be collected and shared by Google AdMob and its advertising partners as described in Section 4.
If you choose to export, share, or transfer information using the App's optional features, that information will be handled by the destination or service you select.
For example, sharing an event through another application or exporting a backup may transfer the selected information outside LifeCue.
These actions are initiated by the user.
We take privacy seriously and design LifeCue to minimize unnecessary transmission of personal information.
Personal tracking information is stored locally whenever supported by the device.
However, local storage is not equivalent to encrypted storage.
Information stored on your device may be affected by device security, operating system settings, backups, or access by other individuals with control of the device.
We recommend using your device's security features and keeping exported backups in a secure location.
We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, device compromise, or data loss.
Personal records remain stored locally until you delete them, clear the App's data, or remove the App.
LifeCue provides data management features that may allow you to:
Edit or delete individual records
Remove locally stored information
Export a backup
Import or restore a backup
Clear application data
Uninstalling the App or clearing its storage may permanently remove locally stored information.
Previously exported backups are not automatically deleted when the App is uninstalled.
Advertising-related information collected by Google is subject to Google's applicable retention and deletion policies.
Depending on the Android version, device capabilities, and enabled features, LifeCue may request or use permissions necessary for specific functions.
These may include access to:
Photos or files selected by the user for attachments
Files used for backup import and export
Device features required for supported optional integrations
Internet connectivity for advertising services
LifeCue does not require continuous access to your personal files to provide its core tracking functionality.
Access to optional resources is intended to occur only when needed for the relevant feature.
LifeCue uses Google AdMob for advertising.
The App may also interact with Android system components or third-party applications when you explicitly choose to share information, select files, or export calendar events.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy policies.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of services they choose to use.
LifeCue is designed as a general personal organization and utility application and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through an account registration system.
Advertising displayed through Google AdMob is subject to applicable age-related requirements and advertising policies.
If we become aware of a privacy issue involving a child, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
Although LifeCue stores personal tracking records locally, advertising-related information processed by Google AdMob may be transferred to or processed in countries outside your country of residence.
Such processing is governed by Google's privacy practices and applicable legal safeguards.
Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing.
For information stored locally in LifeCue, you can generally manage your records directly using the App's available controls.
For advertising-related data, applicable rights and choices may also be exercised through Google's privacy tools and the advertising consent interface, where available.
