OuiApps (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is dedicated to building private, secure wellness tools for your mind and body. Our applications are designed with local-first data architecture. We believe your breathing practice, personal rhythms, and usage history belong entirely to you and should never be used as cloud-tracking commodities.
This policy details how our applications handle your data, what third-party services are integrated (such as advertising networks), and how your privacy is protected.
On-Device Storage: All application data—including your streaks, completion counts, session durations, favorites, customized breathing rhythms, calibration timings, and historical progress—is stored locally on your device using localStorage.
No Account Required: You do not need to create an account, register an email address, or log in to use Aurora Breath, Breathcraft, or ANIMA.
No Cloud Tracking: We do not maintain external cloud databases that sync, sell, or track your personal breathing sessions, preferences, or personal wellness journey. Your data remains strictly on your device.
Certain advanced features within ANIMA (such as motion-based or microphone-based tracking) utilize your device’s local sensors (accelerometer or microphone) or manual user input to estimate breathing rate patterns during active sessions:
Real-Time Processing: Sensor data and microphone inputs are processed locally on your device in real-time to generate your estimated session signature and respiratory pacing feedback.
No Audio Recording or Cloud Transmission: Microphone inputs are analyzed instantly for airflow rhythm estimation and are never recorded, stored, saved as audio files, or transmitted to external servers.
To support the ongoing development and maintenance of our free applications, we utilize Google AdMob to display advertisements.
AdMob Data Processing: Google AdMob may collect and use certain device identifiers, IP addresses, and non-personal diagnostic data to serve contextual or personalized advertisements in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
Consent and Compliance: You are presented with privacy and tracking consent prompts upon your initial launch of the applications where required by regional regulations (such as GDPR/CCPA), allowing you to manage your ad-tracking preferences.

Our applications are designed for a general audience seeking mindfulness, relaxation, and wellness tools.
