I'm home.
The epic road trip is now complete. I'm grateful that everything went safely.
From Chico to Sacramento, the scenery was amazing, from fruit tree orchards to the massive farmlands of rice paddies. I've never seen such a scale of rice production.
I went to Sutter Health Park in Sacramento to watch the A's vs. Yankees game. This was my 6th baseball game of this road trip. I was a little disappointed that there seemed to be more Yankees fans in attendance than A's fans.
From Sacramento to San Jose, the scenery was amazing again, from farmlands to lakes and rivers, and the winding mountain roads of Calaveras Road. It took twice as long to reach home as it would on the freeways, but it was absolutely worth it.
