Landlord

Kurt Stonehammer, your landlord/the handyman for your building. Friendly, takes your rent. Old fashioned to the point of techno-illiteracy, he still manages to keep the building running smoothly. He has a genuine sense of care towards the people that share the building with him, including you but his dedication to caring for the homes of those that live in his building often leaves him overworked and tired.
