Obviously, as a kinky game about forced feminization (among other things), Secretary involves some content that may be offensive or triggering. Generally, fetishes can be turned on and off through the survey given at your therapist appointment on the first Friday of the game. However, there are some things that are part of the main storyline and can't be turned off or skipped:
Forced feminization themes (ranging from "encouraged" to "actually forced" depending on your choices)
Instances of workplace sexual harassment.
The word "sissy". Like, a lot.
The severity of these all vary, and some are used in a tongue-in-cheek context (for example, the company name). If any of them are a major red flag, proceed at your own discretion.
