The obelisk of Glory in Victory Park was opened in 1970. The height of the obelisk made of stainless metal reaches 16 m. On its front side — a Laurel wreath, and just below the Board with the inscription: "To the soldiers of Peter and Paul who fell in the battles for their Homeland during the great Patriotic war of 1941-1945". Sculptors-I. I. Vinogradov, I. p. Lopatin, architect-D. S. Vitukhin.
The Glory memorial is a monument of history and culture of local significance of the Pavlodar region.
