Spences with Training Leaders International

Kevin and Donna Spence serve with Training Leaders International where Kevin is the Director of Short-Term Ministries.  

Training Leaders International trains pastors and leaders around the world, partnering with local leaders who have invited them to provide the theological training pastors and leaders desperately need. They meet this need through modular training, teaching in formal schools, planting schools and leading international churches. 

Throughout the world, there are millions of pastors who are doing the difficult work of leading the church with little to no theological training.  Training Leaders International exists to establish and strengthen local churches and their leaders around the world. The growing gap in theological education leaves the global church susceptible to false teaching, decay, and collapse. Kevin and his team mates use their teaching gifts to offer solid training that is culturally appropriate, effective, and reproducible.

Prayer requests:

• Please pray for Caleb & Calyn’s upcoming wedding, but more importantly, please pray for their marriage – that they may honor God as a married couple.

• Rachel is now knee-deep into her junior year of college in MO – please pray for her studies and for summer internship possibilities.

• Please pray for Nathan & Anna as they continue to help Theo grow in the knowledge and grace of the Lord. 

• Please pray for our ongoing support raising and join us as we thank Him for our current financial and prayer partners.

• As a ministry, TLI has a good problem, but a problem none the less – we do not have the staff nor volunteer resources needed to meet all of the needs coming from the nations. Many factors go into this – please pray that God would stir up the right co-laborers to go.
