John Musgrove has been on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ since 1986 and in Ukraine since 1995. He has worked in the Finance Office at the World Headquarters of Campus Crusade, but his heart is with the Ukrainian people. He thoroughly enjoys serving with the Ukrainian staff and feels blessed to have served there for over 27 years.

Cru in Ukraine is involved in building movements of evangelism and discipleship so that everyone would know someone who is a true follower of Jesus. In Ukraine John was involved with the student ministry.  The war in Ukraine has disrupted all aspects of life there, but God is still at work, and Cru’s ministry continues in new and creative ways.  John was asked to move to Hungary to work with Ukrainian refugees there.  This is a vital and important ministry to people from all walks of life who, because of the tragedy of war, are now in a position of new openness to the hope of the gospel.

John covets your prayers for his ministry, his teammates in Ukraine and in other countries of Europe.  He also asks us to pray for the Cru staff members who are currently serving in dangerous combat situations in the army, and to pray that this war will end soon. Pray that Cru staff would be wise and effective as they continue to be focused on building movements of evangelism and discipleship.
