Matthews with InterAct

Mike and Kathleen Matthews are serving with InterAct, a ministry focused on building up churches of reproducing disciples among indigenous, immigrant and unreached people groups across Alaska, western Canada and Siberia.  

Since 1976 Mike Matthews has worked in Alaska, Canada, and Siberia in various cross-cultural ministry roles – church planter, Bible teacher, curriculum developer, field director, cross-cultural trainer and church planting consultant. Mike has a PhD in religious studies with an emphasis on worldview.

Mike and Kathleen recently transitioned from Worldview Resource Group back to InterAct, where they began ministry many decades ago.  Mike has been on the InterAct board of directors for many years.  They look forward to new ministry opportunities and roles with InterAct.

Mike and Kathleen live in Bonners Ferry, Idaho, where they enjoy gardening and hiking. They have four children and six grandchildren.
