Somewhat flat! Run across the bridge approx. mile 5, up a very big hill at mile 9, up another large hill at mile 24, across another bridge at mile 25.
There were a decent number of spectators. The number of spectators were lower than Philadelphia sadly.
The course felt a little dead between miles 12-18 (aka No-Man's Land)
There was not much of an after party. There is a beer garden, we got 2 drink tickets. But sadly, since it was raining at the end of the marathon, not many people were standing around and enjoying the beer.
The expo was okay. Most of the expo focused on other races (ex. Air Force Marathon, Akron, Columbus). I felt like there was tons of wasted space at the convention center, so it wasn't that impressive.
There wasn't much corral control. There was no delayed start for the corrals, so everyone started at the same time. Additionally, there were no strollers allowed on the course!
Pacers? Yes

I ran Cleveland since I was born and raised here! It was nice to run through my hometown, so getting to the expo and around the city was very easy for my family and I!
I recommend this course because it was one of the smaller races, so it wasn't crowded. However, I don't think this would be a good one to PR.
