Raiders/Brawlers
Standing as the rank and file forces of the Automaton Armies. These so called "Storno" and "Casuario" are nothing more than rudimentary fusion weaponry (or in the case of the Casuario, 2 red-hot blades) shackled to legs, arms and a CPU. Whilst practically unarmoured and of exceptionally poor build quality, their strength lies in sheer numbers, frequently found overwhelming their foes with expendable bodies and munitions, exemplifying their soulless, fabricated origins, especially on higher-risk operations.
Some Troopers are equipped with high-explosive grenades, a smart helldiver can take advantage of their long arming time, kick them back to the foe!
Reports from the Ministry of Science do report their primitive CPUs are unable to handle returning fire, greatly reducing their accuracy.
Commissars
Augmented with slightly faster processing and a crude command subroutine, the unit we codename "Falco" serve as primitive sergeants and officers of the Automaton army. Despite sporting slightly increased armour they can still be easily dispatched by the smallest of arms.
They are amongst the first to investigate activity and the first to fire off flares when danger presents themselves. The Ministry of Defense recommends prioritizing the destruction of these units first
In certain missions, Commisars are often the first to be equipped with jumppacks, allowing them to close the gap extremely quickly, these jumppacks however are also quite volatile when hit
Mauraders
It would appear that those of the Automatons have indeed learned a thing or two from our own engagements against them. Codenamed "Gazza" or simply Mauraders by those of the Ministry of Defence, can be easily identified by their red masks, no doubt a useless attempt at intimidation, appear to be made up of a far heavier construction, their chestplates reported even capable of resisting small arms fire.
Mauraders can occasionally be equipped with high power fusion machine guns, allowing them to provide punitive suppressive fire, do not give them that chance
Much like the case of the Jumppacks, the Power Packs that power their fusion weapons are equally volatile when hit.
Despite their heavier armour, their heads still remain vulnerable. The Age-Old SEAF mantra still stands "1 to the head and they are surely dead"
