EXO-45 Combat Warsuit Mk III
Following our early liberation of the Factory World of Tien Kwan, those of Morgunsun Arsenal have since shown their appreciation by supplying our Helldiver Corps with the first batch of the newly produced EXO-45 Combat Warsuit. A direct successor of the First Galactic War-era EXO-44 "Stomper", it features a plethora of new systems over the 100 years of its development such as a completely new titanium-alloy armoured shell far better suited to resisting small arms fire, a far more efficient electric engine, and new "one-size fits all" cup-holder. The EXO-45 or "Patriot" is armed with the vaunted G-16 Gatling Gun as well as 14 Anti-Tank Missiles, perfect for taking on any foe be they big or small and, should one run out of ammunition, may use their powerful legs to crush any hapless foe that somehow survives.
While well armoured, they are by no means invincible, larger creatures and weapons such as that of the Terminid Charger or Hulk Bruiser, priortise the destruction of these foes, be it through the Warsuits own weapons or your teammates.
The Legs are powerful enough to crack open even the hides of Chargers, though given the note above, the Ministry of Defense harshly discourages enacting in such maneuvers
The Ministry of Defense have informed me personally to remind you all that the Warsuits are War Machines, NOT toys. We have had enough workplace accidents with them already. Any Helldiver caught using the Warsuits improperly will be reprimanded with requisition docking, flogging or even the revoking of ones Stratagem License relating to Warsuit operation.
EXO-49 Combat Warsuit Mk I
Designed both as a successor to the ancient EXO-48 "Obsidian" and following the repurposing of the Automaton Petafactory across Valyria V. The EXO-49 Combat Warsuit or "Emancipator" in honor of the Petafactory's grand re-opening, serves as the newest variant of the popular EXO-45 "Patriot" as well as how ingenious its modular frame is, being geared towards a more dedicated anti-vehicle role. Armed with 2 pairs of the vaunted 30mm AC-9 Autocannons with 100 rounds per arm to boot, it is more than capable of easily punching through even the thickest of armour, be it a foul Terminid or a cold-hearted Automaton. That is to not entirely say it is useless against smaller foes...
Due to sharing the same chassis as its Patriot counterpart, it also has all the same strengths and weaknesses. Despite your heavier weapons, the Ministry of Defense still recommends you avoid heavy gunfire whenever possible
Some veteran Helldivers have been reported of using the SH-32 Shield Generator Backpack whilst inside the Warsuit to increase its protection even further. While completely unconventional, the Ministry of Defense takes pride in the continued ingenuity of the Helldivers over our heartless foe.
