劇團藝術總監林婷婷及行政總監趙七，畢業於歐洲捷克布拉格國立表演藝術大學研究院，分別為戲偶及另類劇場導演系及藝術行政系碩士，2013年於捷克開始創辦滾動傀儡另類劇場至今，多年全心投入於發展及推動華語世界之當代戲偶及物件劇場。

The co-founders of Rolling Puppet Alternative Theatre, Teresa Teng Teng Lam and Kevin U Ieong Chio, are both graduates of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (DAMU).  Lam holds a master’s in Directing for Puppet and Alternative Theatre, and Chio in Art Management. Their shared expertise and vision form the core of the company’s innovative work.
