This meant it was too risky for Chow to leave Mexico, so he had to stay. After a while, Chow got bored so he decided to call the cartel for a massive order of the "Luigi special" now that he had 21 million in gold. This order took an unexpected turn when chow was beat to death by cartel leader Luigi Mario and his "sidekick" Rodriguez.

Rodriguez and Gueh joined the cartel when Myguel was in charge and faced many punishments. Because Gueh did such a bad job, Myguel ripped out his vocal cords and now Gueh can only make grunts, moans, screams, and "guehs".
