• OCT. 12: Intent to Participate: Send titled photos of the 2 works that you plan to submit to pleinairidaho@gmail.com

  •  We encourage you to send your intent as soon as possible with the final day to submit being Oct. 12th.

• OCT. 20: Registration forms must be emailed or delivered to the Riverside by Oct. 20th Registration Form (Artwork Loan and Display Agreement) 

  • You may add 3rd and 4th artwork submissions that could possibly be entered if room allows.

  • Be sure to keep an electronic or printed copy of your registration for your own records.

• NOV. 1-2: Deliver artwork to the Riverside: 

• NOV. 7TH: Artist Reception 5:30PM-7:30PM (Awards Presentation 7:00PM)

• DEC. 2-4: Pick up artwork

WHAT: All works of art submitted must have been from start to completion en plein air somewhere in Idaho. All 98% plein air entries will be accepted. For example: (For every hour in the field, that's one and half minutes in the studio.) This is a jury show and there will be an opportunity to win awards. 1st Place Ribbon $300, 2nd Place Ribbon $200, 3rd Place Ribbon $100, 2 Honorable Mention Ribbons $25 each.

• You may submit up to 2 works of art (You may add 3rd and 4th artwork submissions that could possibly be entered if room allows.)

• All mediums accepted

• At the time of delivery, artwork must be completely dry, suitably framed, and securely wired for wall hanging. (See https://www.metroframe.com/attaching-strap-hangers-wire-bumpers/ for instructions on how to wire artwork for hanging (Toothed hangers will not be permitted.) 

• Place the following on the back of your artwork:

  • Artist's First/Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Artwork Title

  • Artwork Medium

  • If for sale: State the price
