Seth is cold and cruel. He rules the Woe Manor kitchen with a set of iron knives. He expects nothing less than perfection and he is nearly always disappointed. His employees get the worst of his wrath, but no tenant is ever safe. All of this animosity originates from Seth's deep passion for cooking. Seth enjoys making tenants uncomfortable, he likes to feel in control. He tends to like to keep a few tenants that he can push around. Seth does pity the weak tenants of the manor, he will allow lower ranked tenants to fly under his radar for around a month. After that, everything is fair game.
Seth desires tenants commentary on his dishes. He isn't exactly receptive to criticism. Seth's anger flares frequently, it is hard to stay on his good side and he will target people he doesn't care for.
Seth loves animals and has a deep respect for the pokemon that provide meat for the manor. He could never go vegan, but bonding with his Sylveon, Daphne, brought him close to considering it.
Seth doesn't care for baking or sweets in general. He finds desserts frivolous and thinks the idea of "saving room for dessert" insulting to a chef.

Seth cares about Cass beyond a professional sense... but she is slowly wearing him away. Seth believes she has insufficient respect for his craft and has grown too flippant about her tasks. Without someone to gawk over him, he’s become EVEN MORE easy to piss off, and he is not shy about speaking of his disdain towards the mawile.
Seth hates Roth and Dusty. They are both low life food thieves with no self control or respect for authority whatsoever. He is not exactly enthused that Roth is back, even if t hey are slightly less intolerable. He still wishes dusty would hurry up and vanish.
Seth is cordial with Willow. She does well at her job and he has no gripes with her. He sympathizes with her current situation and wishes he could do something to alleviate her pain.
