Buffet's banquet came to an end. Some tenants danced the night away, some sipped soup by the bowlful, some drank booze until they passed out at the table, some mourned the loss of their friend, Clip. The night passed and the inhabitants of Woe Manor had to move on. The blood moon quietly set, and the chill followed not long after.
The snow outside was relentless this winter. York and the maids were especially preoccupied with keeping the manor warm, after the last fiasco. Oasis and her ranchers hustled to get all the Pokémon inside the barns. Without a penguin at her side, Abyss had to employ her spa workers to keep the sauna steaming. Taylor and the gardeners did their best to preserve the remaining blooms. Everyone was busy.
They were so busy, in fact, that it wasn't until Maxwell clocked in for his shift in the lobby that anyone paid any mind to the wooden drink stall near the front door. Dozens of bottles of syrups, endless bags of ground coffee beans, and toppings galore littered the counters. Little vines adorned the edges and small lights flicked all over. A chalkboard menu board stood tall with various items written on it. At the top, it read "THISTLE'S (mini) CAFE GRAND RE-OPENING."
Oh no. Oh no. Fearing he'd face Weston's wrath if he didn't get rid of it now, Maxwell rushed over to the drink stand started picking up items one by one up until he heard a pair of light footsteps approaching. An odd fusion, made of scratched glass and filled with ...coffee(?) stood before Maxwell while tying an apron around their waist. They chuckled, a little concern in their eyes.
"You're not trying to close me down again before I even get started, are you?" They joked in a soft, mellow voice. "How about I make you a drink, instead, Maxwell? You look much more tired since I last saw you."

Draw/write your character drinking one of Thistle's creations! Whipped cream is available for the pets, too.

If Thistle is present in the piece, your character can earn extra positive OR negative NPC points. You can always ask about Thistle's possible reaction to your character's taste in music through your ticket!
