Task 3: The Statistical enquiry cycle

After completing and online survey a group of students were interested in comparing their reaction times to other Year 10 male and female students. They wondered if males had faster reaction time than females.

They decided to take a male and a female sample from the census at school  database of over 20 000 students.

First they tried a sample of 15 of each gender. The results are below
