Task 1: Copy and complete the table for hexagons, septagons, octogons.
Task 2: What is the pattern? Can you write an equation for this pattern?
Task 3: Repeat this same process for exterior angles of a polygon.
Rule: Sum of interior angles = 180 (n-2) (Where n = number of sides of the 2 D shape)
Is there a similar pattern for 3D shapes?
Using a range of 3D polyhedrons, determine the number of Edges, Vertices and Faces each has. List this in a table and see if there is a pattern.
