You are going to create a mars base map using a number of different geometric shapes. This will form a level in a class game called 'Mad Mars Rover'
1) Create a map using the Google Drawings template. Follow the instructions on the template
2) Have someone else in your maths group check that your map meets the task requirements
3) File->Download as-> .png and add this image to this Assignment and Turn in

Instructions:
1) Using shapes with 2px black outline and green fill, create blocks within your town. Each block will contain 1 or more buildings.
2) Add the required shapes as buildings to create your Mars base.
3) Must keep the purple shape in the middle
4) You can change position of yellow trapezium (this is the finish)
5) Must have a clear path from purple to yellow that doesn’t cross any black lines
Requirements:
a) Two sets of paths that are parallel
b) Two sets of paths that are perpendicular
c) One paths that intersects another path to form an obtuse angle
d) One path that intersects another to form an acute angle
e) 'Buildings’ made of the following shapes (must be named e.g ‘Greenhouse’ using 6 point font): trapezium; shape with 1 axis of symmetry; isosceles triangle; hexagon; 4 different types of quadrilaterals
g) You must add 5 other places using different shapes not yet mentioned and identify the shape
You may add additional streets and landmarks to make this map awesome!
