RSVP provides an opportunity for all students to voice concerns and address issues at the site and district level. Students will work alongside the administration on their school to learn more about their campus and how they can make an impact on their site. As a member of RSVP, students will develop self-advocacy, leadership skills, and learn the process of how changes can be made at their site and district level.
Description: RSVP is open to high school and junior high school students who are committed to being a voice for students on campus. RSVP aims to gain feedback from the student body to create and implement effective changes. Some of RSVP’s past initiatives include a more effective way to complete service hours, water bottle refilling stations on campus, and umbrellas for the lunch tables. As a member of RSVP, you will have the opportunity to facilitate school wide summits and learn more about the process of how changes can be made on a site and district level.
