Purpose

RALPH stands for ‘Run And Laugh, Play Hard’, where members are encouraged to live a healthy and active lifestyle. RALPH strives to instill the value of health and fitness, and encourage members to take control of their own health and wellbeing.

Join RALPH!

Description: With engaging games and activities, bonding events, and various sports, RALPH will motivate students to get out of their comfort zones and be physically active. Each meeting will consist of different and fun agendas that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Grades: All grades are welcome!

Meeting day/time: Bi-monthly on Fridays during lunch

Meeting location: Ms. Choi's room (Room 300)
