Raising A Case
To raise a case you must first login your Salesforce account and select the 'Get Help' tab on the navy bar. Once you've loaded the correct page, please find create new case button . This button is located on the top left hand corner of the web page. Then fill out the request form according to your concerns.
Applying for Leadership
To apply for leadership position, please select the 'Program' tab on the navy bar. Once everything is properly loaded, please locate your profile banner that has the blue 'Request' drop menu and Leadership button. Select the 'Leadership' button and then fill out the form properly.
EasyShift and Canvas Login
Salesforce is a multi uses platform meaning that a other platforms that we uses for our program is connected to the scholar's Salesforce account. To login into either platforms please locate the navy bar on the top of the page and then select your platform of choice.
