The clearance items required for badging include:

• MultiCare Form (you will do this online during the clearance meeting.)

• Flu vaccination (upload to CORE ELMS and have file on your computer to upload into MutliCares system)

• Photo in a white polo shirt (send to MHSSDRE@copehealthschaolrs.org )

Schedule a clearance appointment with our team, and complete this as soon as possible. It takes 4-6 weeks from the time you submit all the above items to obtain your badge, which you need to shift on the hospital floors as a Health Scholar.

Included in this video is a basic overview of the CORE ELMS website, including its general layout, where you'll be submitting documents such as your CPR Certification, Immunization records, Photo, etc.

• How to SIGN UP FOR A SHIFT (1:43)

• How to REVIEW HOURS in the program (3:26)

• How to RECORD INCIDENTS (4:02)

• Where to FILL OUT & SUBMIT FORMS such as the Leave of Absence Request Form, Letter of Recommendation Form, and Program Completion Request Form (4:42)

CPR: The CPR class you take must provide AHA BLS certification.

Note - The CPR class fee is not covered by your Health Scholar Program's tuition. It must be paid for separately.
