What to do when you have an issue with EasyShfit
We understand that moving to a new platform can lead to some challenges but with our new platform Salesforce, Scholars are now able to request for assistance more easily.
How to raise a case on Salesforce
Once you have logged into your Salesforce account, please click on the 'Get Help' button on the top blue banner. Then once you are on the help page, you'll see a 'Create New Case' button on the top left corner of the page. Once you are able to create a new case, please fill out the case with your concerns or issues.
Please try to schedule all of your shifts for the next month before the 20th of the current month
