Where can I find the list of SKUs that have been hidden/delisted?
You may find the list of SKUs in the email report that was sent to you on 18 August 2023 titled - (Store Name) Aug_2023 FairPrice Marketplace SKU Hidden Status.
Understanding the report
SKUs can be hidden due to the following reasons:
Catalog compliance checks
No active sales from Jan - June 2023
Poor fulfillment rate
2. For SKUs hidden due to the reason: SKUs with no active sales (Jan-June 2023) how can I appeal to relist these SKUs?
Please email your Category Managers CC'd in the email with the list of SKUs and state clear reasons for appealing. Your Category Managers will respond with the SKUs that have been approved and request for them to be unhidden on your behalf.
Please note that from 4 Sept 2023 onwards, we will no longer be accepting appeals to enable skus hidden under this reason code, sellers who still wish to list their items will have to re-create the skus as new skus.
Note: All appeals are on a strict case-by-case basis subjected to review and approval. We will contact you if your appeal is successful.

3. For SKUs hidden due to short fulfillment, how can I appeal to unhide these SKUs?
Every Monday at 9am, you should receive an email report with SKUs hidden due to short fulfillment titled: Email Breakdown of >1% Drop-off SKUs for XX date to XX date.
The email will also contain instructions on how to appeal for unhiding via the Google form here.
All appeals are on a case-by-case basis, you will receive the results of your SKU unhiding status within 2 business days.
4. How do I know what SKUs are hidden due to non-compliance?
In the email report, SKUs hidden due to compliance reasons will have remarks under the following categories:
Unsuitable or Incorrect Images & Content (incl. Image Quality)
Missing Mandatory Images & Content
Technical-Related Issues (Missing Vendor Details)
Technical-Related Issues (Barcode)
Pricing Issue
MUIS Halal Certification Non-Compliance
SFA Product Recall
SFA Food Labelling Requirements for E-Commerce Non-Compliance
SFA Organic Labelling Non-Compliance
HPB Healthier Choice Symbol Non-Compliance
HPB Measures for Nutri-Grade Beverage Non-Compliance
HSA Cosmetic Products Guidelines Non-Compliance
HSA Prohibited Health Claims Non-Compliance
IPOS “Parmesan” or “Parmigiano Reggiano” Term Non-Compliance

5. Why are my SKUs non-compliant?
Please refer to this email sent to you on 11 August 2023 titled - (Store Name) Aug_2023 FairPrice Marketplace SKU Non-Compliance to see the reasons for non-compliance as well as next steps on how to have your non-compliant SKUs unhidden. Please follow up on those SKUs via the email.
6. How do I know where/how to correct these SKUs in order to pass the compliance checks?
Please refer to the non-compliance email report sent to you on 11 August 2023 to find out what needs to be corrected for your listing.
You may access the step-by-step guide in Chapter 4.1 to read up on how to edit the information required.
Should you face any errors in your listing, please provide a clear screenshot of the error message and reach out to your Category Managers for help.
7. My SKUs are hidden but do not appear in the email report sent to me, what should I do?
Please ensure that there is stock uploaded in our system.
Our SKUs are hidden based on an internal program that auto-hides SKUs with no stocks for more than 24 hours, adding stocks will auto-enable it after a day.
However, should your SKU still be hidden after stock has been uploaded for more than 24 hours, please raise a ticket here, under "Inventory not reflected on website".
NOTE: Please check carefully and ensure that these SKUs are NOT in the report sent to you. SKUs that appear in the report are NOT included in our internal auto-enabling program, even if stock is uploaded.
