Why am I unable to upload my template successfully?
Check for errors by clicking the error button on the bottom left.
2. Common errors faced and solution
Barcode Duplication:
Ensure that items are not currently listed on FPOnline.
If item is not listed on FPOnline, send the file to the relevant Category Manager for their review.
Wrong Product Category:
Re-select a category from the drop down list.
3. Issues with images
Why can’t I upload images?
Your template might not have been successfully submitted.
I have not uploaded all my images but I am unable to find the article anymore.
If the front view has already been uploaded, the product will not be found under "Upload Images" anymore as it is getting processed for SKU creation.
Double check if you had click "submit" before you click upload image.
Why are my images inverted on the website (e.g. black background)/missing on the website even though I uploaded them?
Your images might have been saved in CMYK instead of RGB mode.
4. How do I know if the upload was successful?
Once images are uploaded, the article will not appear in the "Upload Images" tab. A SKU creation report with all the SKU numbers will be sent the next morning if the upload process was successful.
5. How to change information if I uploaded wrongly?
Once product is live, you may do a SKU Maintenance via the CWF Portal.
6. Supplier Portal Account
What is my username and password?
Log-in credentials are sent to you via email.
7. I don't have supplier product codes for my products. What should I put in instead?
You can put in individual barcodes as the supplier product codes.
8. Where do I submit the relevant certificates (e.g. Halal certificate)?
You can submit the certificates through this form. For more details please refer to Chapter 3 Listing Compliance.
9. Am I allowed to list products with dietary attributes even though we are not certified?
No, relevant certificates are required to list these items in order to prevent customer confusion. You listings are subject to being hidden/delisted is found not compliant. Please read Chapter 3 Listing Compliance carefully to avoid listing issues.
10. I need to delist my items, how do I go about doing it?
Update your inventory to "0" (Sellers must still fulfill any open orders).
Please submit a request to the helpdesk with the Fairprice SKU number, article description and reason for delisting the item.
11. I have uploaded my SKU creation/maintenance template but it was approved but the SKUs were not created/updated correctly.
You could have exceeded the character limits of certain fields during SKU creation/maintenance, please find the list of character limits below:
Product name -> 100 characters
Display unit -> 50 characters
Storage Info ->> 1000 characters
Preparation -> 1000 characters
Key info -> 1000 characters
Addition info -> 20000 characters
Ingredients -> 10000 characters
Pack type -> 50 characters
Product Volume -> 50 characters
