Changes to MP SEller helpdesk webform w.e.f 2 jan 2024

Seller Support Helpdesk

Dear Sellers,

As we strive to improve our seller experience on Marketplace, we are excited to announce a restructuring of our MP Seller Helpdesk to better assist you and provide more efficient support processes.

Introducing the Self-Help Webform

To enhance efficiency and provide a more user-friendly experience, we are changing certain aspects of the existing webform to a self-help process that allows you to address common queries and concerns without the need for direct assistance. 

This change is designed to guide you through any questions on processes that can already be found on our Seller Education Hub to enable quick problem resolution.

As of 2 January 2024, you will no longer be able to submit a query for the following categories:

  • Change in bank account or billing address

  • Change of email address

  • Duplicate barcode issues

  • Image upload issues

  • Inventory not reflecting on website

  • Request to delist/enable SKUs

  • Other listing queries

  • Marketing Opportunities

  • Other promotion/campaign queries

  • Promotion mechanics

  • Change in Pick-up Timing/Days/Location

  • Driver issues

  • Other packing queries

  • Priority packing

Instead, what will appear on the webform when you click into the title will be a guiding text leading you to relevant educational resources for your self-serve purposes.

Categories NOT affected by the helpdesk restructuring are as follows:

  • Missing/Wrong payment

  • Unable to login

  • RTV/Returns/Damage Issues

  • Promotion Disputes

You may continue submitting your requests for any queries related to these categories for more dedicated help.
