Updating pick-up address and contact details

With effect from 24 August 2023,

All sellers who have changes in pick-up information such as:

1. Change in pick-up address

2. Update of person-in-charge contact

Please fill in this form to inform our Delivery Experience Team. 

Do take note to update any change in the above details via the form minimally 7 days before the change takes effect.

We are making these changes to improve the process of updating important pick-up details to ensure completeness in pick-up process for all sellers as well as prevent potential dropoffs due to missed pickups.
